We provide custom cakes and bakes for all of your special occasions. We will set up a meeting with the chef for cake tastings for large events such as weddings.
Please note: We will not create cakes with copyright images.

The chefs use high quality ingredients to make the exquisite bakes. When you walk into our bakery in the morning you will smell freshly made croissants from scratch and the most amazing coffee brewing.
Mission
At Posy Bakery and Cakes we want all of our customers to have a memorable experience when they visit our cafe or receive a custom order.
Every item the chefs create will be of high quality that will delight the senses.
Chef Janice
I started baking when I was young. At that time, I thought baked goods only came out of a box! Then my neighbor gave me my first scratch cookie recipe. I thought "what is this magic!", and from then on, I was hooked! (Thank you Mrs. Mills,)

I added cake decorating to my repertoire when my kids were young and took the Master Class at Wilton School of Cake Decorating way back in the 1900's (1990's to be exact).
​
Always the student I continued trying new things and eventually received a degree in pastry arts online from the great Escoffier Culinary School. This included internships in Chicago and Iowa City. (Thank you Adam!)

During this time I also began studying with the great Maggie Austin to learn the art of sugar flowers. This is my passion and a specialty that I offer.
​
After opening my first bakery in Bettendorf, IA which I eventually sold when I moved to Montana for a few short years, I am back in the wonderful midwest that I love so much and look forward to bringing you so many treats and memories.
